Issue #27191: Reproducible crash to desktop modifying Mr. Handy hand implements in robot workbench

Experienced multiple consecutive crash to desktop events specifically while attaching saw blades to the "thruster" arms of an automatron. It has been 100% reproducible for me.

Build order is typically new automatron > Mr. Handy torso > Mr handy thruster > thruster arms (left, right or center) > thruster arm sawblade hand - CTD.

I've not found any other part that seems to do it and several modifications to the "torso" arms are completing fine.

This is occurring after completing the DLC story line while using the robot workbench in the mechanist's lair as well as with the workbench built at a settlement at the start of the DLC.

I disabled all mods and tried with only UFO4P enabled with no change in behavior. Trying again with the same save and disabling all mods including UFO4P allowed the modifications to complete successfully.

I'll see about starting a totally vanilla game with just UFO4P and kicking off the DLC that way but the various build options have to be unlocked through looting or by completing the DLC, so that may not be possible anytime soon.

I've been able to reproduce this on a repeatable basis as well on my save, but have been unable to narrow the problem down to anything specific. It's very unlikely to be patch related since the only fix I can see that we've done related to robots was fixing the scrap yield on the playable Mr. Handy buzz blade.

I'd be curious to see how it behaves if that specific change for scrap yield is rolled back, but I'd imagine that's a bit of a pain to do.
