Issue #27206: Eden Meadows Cinemas radio doesn't play

 
As I approaching Eden Meadows Cinemas, my pipboy detected the signal and when I tuned to that signal, nothing happened except static sounds. The audio didn't play properly.

I noticed the same thing but wasn't sure if there was something I was missing to get the signal to work. It's entirely possible something is bugged.

This is still happening - does anyone have a workaround for it? I tested with both this patch installed and vanilla and the broadcast is just nothing, not even static.
