Issue #27222: Terminal in Suffolk County charter school

 
There is a terminal in Suffolk County charter school that does nothing, you simply access it but there is no interaction. The terminal is in the room before the principal's office, where you find a holotape.

This is not linked to anything, but it is also not one of the default terminals in that it has a unique base object, DN062ReceptionTerminal. Though, while other unique base objects have unique text (which is either relevant to quests or otherwise related to the location), this one is as empty as its placed ref.

From these findings, it appears that this terminal was never supposed to control anything but to hold some specific text that was never added. Just unfinished content.
