Issue #27363: Leveled Lists for raider boss armors are using the wrong epic chance global

There are two epic chance globals used on leveled lists for boss items:LL_EpicChance_Boss and LL_EpicChance_Armor_Boss. LL_EpicChance_Boss (epic chance = 100%) is used on leveled lists for boss level loot containers, on all weapons equipped by boss-level enemies and on a number of unique items. On leveled lists for armors equipped by boss-level enemies however LL_EpicChance_Armor_Boss (epic chance = 50%) is used.

There's one exception though: raider bosses are equipped from an armor list that uses the LL_EpicChance_Boss global. This means that the armor items equipped by raider bosses in the game are all epic. For other boss-level enemies (gunners and synths; supermutants don't wear playable items, so their epic chance is irrelevant here, and the remaining factions have no generic bosses), the chance is only 50%. This still a high value, considering that bosses wear more armor items on average (non-noss level enemies' armor sets are incomplete more often), so it still guarantees to loot 2-3 epic items from a boss level enemy.

For the non-boss level enemies, epic chance values are all the same (they all use LL_EpicChance_Standard on their leveled lists) irrespective of the faction, and from this point of view, the particularly high value for raider bosses makes even less sense. If we go by game mechanics, it would make more sense the other way around (implying that better loot is a reward for killing stronger and higher level enemies), since the strongest raiders appear around level 50 while other factions stop levelling at much higher levels.

It is more likely therefore, that this is the result of accidentally clicking the wrong item in the drop down menu (LL_EpicChance_Boss is on the next line below LL_EpicChance_Armor_Boss).

The following leveled lists had to be corrected:
LLI_Armor_Raider_Boss_Outfit
UFO4P_LLI_Armor_Raider_Boss_Outfit _NoHelmet (this was added by UFO4P to fix the Sully Mathis oufit bug).
