Issue #27379: Sunshine Tidings - preplaced dead Ghouls do not disappear after a long time

Since the Issue #23763 is already closed and I cannot reopen it, I add this report:

There still seems to be trouble with Ghoul corpses, only preplaced dead Ghouls are a problem. Ghouls you have to kill to receive the settlement disappear fine, but most houses cannot be used since the Ghoul corpses do not disappear. I have a new game (1.10.138, UFO4P 2.0.8) and received the settlement by quest (Preston).

Please see the pictures attached, they were taken when the settlement (with a sender) already had 8 or 10 settlers, so several in game days have passed. I later disabled (but not deleted or markfordelete) one Ghoul corpse in the main building with the workshop, the others are still here, after months of in game time have passed.

Remark: It seems to work with the corpse of the named settler and the dead cows at Taffington Boathouse.

After reading the old bug report: Could it be that the IDs of the dead ghouls are different during the setup? No idea if it is possible, but if the setup starts with the game somehow the IDs for the preplaced Ghouls could be different for every game?

We're aware of this issue, but I'm not familiar with the technical details of why it's still happening. Last I heard, we were investigating.

I saw a video for Xbox users that you can drag the dead ghouls (the ones that won't go away) to another cell location like some bushes behind vault 111 and they would not come back. Linked to video below:
