Issue #27399: Cannot talk to vendors in Nuka World Market

Seems I'm not the only one on this so wanted to shoot a note your way:

I'm having a similar issue, and it looks that it may be the most recent patch affected this? People are reporting they had no issues a month ago, and the common theme is UFO4P.

The issue is (for me at least) that Mackenzie is the only vendor I can speak to in the Nuka Market; the rest of them completely "ignore me" and do not initiate dialog. the random raider actors don't pose a problem though and I get their throwaway dialog still.

I'm not sure if this affects any quests or not but wanted you to know. Wanted to give you a head's up. Thanks for your amazing work with this patch, game is noticeably more stable.

It is being addressed in the next update. We also already have a ticket open for this issue.
