Issue #27615: Terminal with access but no interaction

 
A terminal in one of the caravans does nothing, you have access to it but nothing more, nothing comes out, you can leave normally without problems, attached photo of the situation of the caravan.

It has a wall safe linked to unlock from the terminal, and everything is set up properly. Other than that, it's just a default terminal with no specific text, but why should that be an issue ?

Thus, I don't see anything wrong here.
