Issue #27663: Reanimated Thrall effect is stucked on my character

 
Reanimated Thrall effect is stuck on my character. Conjuring two atronachs or dremora lords doesn't remove it as well as raising two new dead thralls. USSEP Unwanted Effects Remover also doesn't help.

I use only USSEP and started a game after intalling it.
