Issue #27802: Outfits Wastelander01, Wastelander02 and Wastelander02WithHood return 2 full outfit items

 
Wastelander01: Armor_Wastelander_01_GlovesA + LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear
Wastelander02: Armor_Wastelander_02_NoHood_GlovesB + LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear
Wastelander02WithHood: Armor_Wastelander_02_Hood_GlovesB + LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear

It appears as if wheoever did set this up mistook LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear for an underwear item but it actually returns a full underarmor.
It's also obvious that the wastelander armors were intended to be equipped, not the outfits returned by the leveled list (otherwise, there wouldn't be three different outfits).

Thus, the leveled item needs to be removed from all three outfits.
