Issue #27843: V4.2 of USSEP erronously adds an extra keyword to Frenzy and Fear alchemy magic effects
V4.2 of USSEP adds the keyword "MagicInfluenceFear" (000424E0) to the Fear effect (00073F20) and "MagicInfluenceFrenzy" (000C44B6) to Frenzy (00073F29). I think this was made in error.
The Frenzy effect on potions is now influenced by the "Rage" (000C44B5) Illusion perk. I do not think this should be the case because:
1: that perk description states that spells are influenced but does not mention potions.
2: other alchemy effects are not influenced by magic school perks. (Waterbreathing potions are not influenced by the Stability perk for example).
This would also be true for the Fear effect with the "Aspect of Terror" perk, but USSEP adds an extra condition on that perk that prevents this.
Either the same condition needs to be added to the Rage perk, or the MagicInfluenceFear/MagicInfluenceFrenzy need to be removed from Fear/Frenzy effects.
As far as I can see, those two keywords are only used by those two perk and should thus not be present on alchemy magic effects.
