Issue #27851: Misplaced Precombine Object in Vault 81 Entry

 
In the cell Vault81Entry, in the vestibule just beyond the elevator to the secret vault, a misaligned ceiling tile was placed, leaving a visible gap in the precombine. (Screenshot included) I've addressed this in the attached plugin by placing a more appropriate ceiling tile at a very slightly lower z, filling the gap and hiding the original misplaced tile entirely.
