Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #27891: CookingOil.nif: Cooking oil doesn't stand up properly on many surfaces

Cooking oil bottles refuse to stay put on most surfaces when they havok settle, which most often causes them to fall over on their sides.

There are a number of cases like this, but one good example is 00139663.

This is almost certainly due to a collision issue which is not something we can modify with FO4.
