Issue #28118: Skaal Village and Tel Mithryn Kitchen placement errors

 
Skaal Village - DLC2SkaalVillage02 floating Grindstone (0401983B). DLC2SkaalVillage01 - Fish Barrel (04019A40) clipping with another Fish Barrel (04019A41) next to Morwen's House. Burning Snow Rocks (0401AA3D) has gaps under it.

Tel Mithryn Kitchen - DLC2TelMithrynKitchen floating Bed Roll (04039B88).

The fish barrel and bedroll have both been fixed.
