Issue #28125: After Raven Rock mine reopened, quest Feeding the Addiction (DLC2RRFavor06) should be disabled

The dialog to start this quest is "Why should I pity you?" (0xDB024f8d), then Bralsa Drel (0xDB018f15) would say she once was a miner, but now she has nothing to do but drinking, blablabla, even when she was mining at the very time. This dialog option should no longer be available as soon as the quest The Final Descent is finished.

Her other dialogs that complain about losing job should also be disabled after Raven Rock mine reopened.

And the option to donate to her and to Rirns Llervu should be disabled too. They have a job now.

Some of these should have already been fixed in Issue #20600.

I don't know, but when they are in Raven Rock area, not in Abandoned Building or the mine, I can still hear them complaining occasionally, and can still donate to them. If that's already fixed, I have nothing more to ask. But the dialog option "Why should I pity you?" (0xDB024f8d) is still open, right? I think That should be blocked as above.

What you describe is not possible since the line you're referencing specifically checks to see if the quest is at stage 10 and will not be available once it advances past that point.
