Issue #28267: Vekel the Man boot straps are invisible

 
Vekel the Man normally wears boots that have straps at the shin. In my game the straps however do not appear and I can see through where they should be.

It’s not extremely crucial but I do notice it from time to time and it does kinda bother me. He is a character I see often afterall.

We're going to need something more to go on than this. A screenshot of the issue would help since this isn't something that can be reproduced on PC.
