Issue #28274: Some disciples are spawing without underarmor

as the summary says, some disciples members are spawing naked, without underarmor (but still with regular armor, see screenshot)

using showinventory tells me they have all the clothing pieces, but one thing in common caught my attention - if they spawn with the disciples armored skirt, then they'll be naked

This is a leveled list issue.

The error is in DLC04_LL_Armor_Disciples_Torso_Light which contains the light torso and the (light) armored skirt. While the light torso is only a torso armor item, the armored skirt is an outfit item that is assembled of a torso armor, an underarmor, a left leg armor and a right leg armor. Unlike the light torso (which occupies only the torso armor slots), it occupies all underamor slots, the torso armor slot and the leg armor slots. To put it short: if the armored skirt is combined with other leg armor items in an outfit, the actors may end up naked because equipping a leg armor item will unequip the armored skirt.

Now, DLC04_LL_Armor_Disciples_Torso_Light is used by DLC04_LL_Armor_Disciples_Torso, and that list is included in four outfit lists: DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesA, DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesB, DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesC and DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesD. There are two more outfit lists, DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesE and DLC04_LL_Armor_DisciplesF, but these include a "normal" Raider torso instead of a Disciples torso, so we don't have to bother with them. We also don't have to deal with the other leveled lists that use DLC04_LL_Armor_Disciples_Torso because they either are vendor lists or have no users in the game.

To fix this; I kept to the contents of the four outfit lists as closely as possible: lists A and B contain a helmet, a torso, an underamor, two leg armor pieces and one arm armor piece, while C and D contain a helmet, a torso, an underamor, one leg armor pieces and two arm armor piece. Because the armored skirt includes two leg armor pieces already, it should be used by A nd B, but not by C and D. I therefore had to set up two new leveled lists for torso armors:
1. The first list includes only the light and heavy torsos and will be used by the outfit lists C and D
2. The other list includes all torsos and will be used by the outfit lists A and B. I had to precombine the light and heavy torsos with legs and underarmor, i.e. this list will generate either the armored skirt OR one of the other torsos together with legs and underarmor.

In the end, 10 (ten!) new leveled lists had to be set up and 4 vanilla leveled lists modified to make everything work as intended.
