Resolution: Not A Bug

Issue #28313: Torvar's mismatched equipment

 
Torvar of the Companions (0001A6DB) is known to have mismatched armor and class (Warrior1H favoring Heavy Armor, Torvar has Light Armor), and no appropriate class is available, hence his class was not changed/edited like with others.
However, in one of the conversations between NPCs, Torvar claims he favors "hammers and axes" over "smaller, quicker blades".
I suggest giving Torvar a Skyforge Steel Battle Axe and move his class to Barbarian, which solves both issues at once: he gets his favored weapon and a class that favors both 2 hands and Light Armor.

His stats in armor are so close together as to be an insignificant difference so his inventory configuration is fine when compared to his class data.
