Have a screenshot? It's hard to know what you're talking about without that and a FormID of something nearby where the issue is.

That's not a texture issue. What you see here are two meshes that don't properly align because at least one of them is misplaced. Thus, this is a placed ref issue.

Unfortunately, it's not something we can fix because the meshes are in precombs.
We could place another object to hide the gap, but this would still look weird in this particular situation.
