Issue #28536: Overpass Exit sign looks blank near Hester Consumer Robotics

 
Not sure if this is a bug or not but the Overpass Exit sign near Hester Consumer Robotics as you come down that path from above is blank. it looks like some kinda of texture issue. But I am not sure.

Okay, this may be intentional on Bethesda's part. But it looks like a lot of these signs are just green blobs. So not sure if this is an actual issue or not.

These are just generic green signs with no text on them, so it's intentional that there be nothing to see.
