Issue #28589: Bad NAV Pathing at Bunker located between Vault95 and Somerville

 
So Cait and I are exploring between Vault95 and Somerville there is a Bunker located there with a locked door. I order Cait to unlock the door, but she seem unable to navigate to with 10 feet of the Door. She just walked around and stood in one place as if her AI could not figure out a path to the door.

The navmesh inside of that bunker has no connection to the navmesh outside of the bunker. Thus, the door itself is also not on a working navmesh.
That's the only issue I found here.
