Issue #28590: Harbor Master Hotel Pool area view into the VOID

 
When exiting the Hotel on to the roof top swimming area, there seems to be a "sweet" spot were you can see into the VOID.

The issue is caused by odd handling of the door's collision (there's a door in one of the cages in Nuka World that works kind of like this where the cage door is treated as closed even though you can see through it and gets tied into the visibility system of the game) and needs special treatment by the game to work as expected, which can't be fixed by the unofficial patch without updating previs in the area. A future PRP update will have this properly fixed.
