Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

Bug Description: I was playing the quest "Touching the sky" from the dawnguard DLC on the Dawnguard side. When I went to confront Arch-Curate Vyrthur in Auriel's Chapel the throne was empty and Serena started talking her side of the dialouge. The fight with the frozen enemies started but there was only dialouge from Serana in between the waves. After I have defeated all the enemies and Vyrthur does his explosing magic thing that causes the roof to collapse. After that small cutscene where she checks on the player plays and then starts running to the balcony. When at the balcony she plays her animation and talks but Vyrthur is still missing, so its impossible to kill him.



Notes:

I attached a video of the bug.
I can only confirm that this happens on the Pc version, also I own it via steam if that changes anything.
I have tried to reload older saves and restarted the game but nothing seems to help.
I do have some other mods installed but nothing that should affect the Dawnguard DLC that I am aware of. USEEO is on the top of the load order. I can provide the mod loader if that would help.
I hope that this will be fixed soon as it completly breaks the quest and the rest of the quest line.
