Issue #28660: A New Threat does not advance properly, and can result in Ada having a hung Dialog state

 
so i did not take Ada with me to General Atomics, as well as I had built the Robot Workbench as soon as it became available. Upon returning to RedRocket Ada was stuck in a Dialog loop "Your return tells me the workbench must be ready", as seen in the screenshot, and in the save file. In order to Advance the quest line I had to open the CLI and issue the following command:

setstage DLC01MQ02 2600

That allowed the quest to move forward Properly.
