Issue #28846: Fizztop Grill Exterior Cell Bed does not give well rested bonus or Lovers Embrace

 
So you are now Overboss and you go to your new player home Fizztop Grill. The only issue is that the Bed does not give well rested bonus or Lovers Embrace.

Correction, it appears that it does give the Lovers Embrace bonus, but not the well rested.

Based on what PlayerSleepScript checks when these perks should be acitvated, it seems the solution is as simple as setting that bed to be owned by the player. This is never done at any point despite the game essentially telling you that you now own the Fizztop Grille.
