Issue #28915: Frofnir Trollsbane needs alias

 
Frofnir Trollsbane, REFID 0003E8AC, BASEID 0003E8AD, is a dead nord bandit that has the unique weapon Trollsbane. However, because he has no alias and starts dead, he is deleted - along with his unique weapon - as soon as the cell resets.

Due to the way this kind of thing works, a dedicated quest to hold this and other possible aliases has been created to deal with keeping the corpses in place until the player has actually accessed them.

Since these corpses may already be entirely culled from the game, it's not possible to make this a retroactive fix. A new game will be required in order to ensure access to them.
