Issue #28930: Yngvild ghosts do not have ActorTypeUndead or ActorTypeGhost keywords

 
In Yngvild, the ghosts who attack you have exhibited immunity to Sunfire spells, despite being ghosts and thus undead. The templating data on their actor forms fortunately do not cover keywords as they are, allowing addition of ActorTypeUndead, ActorTypeGhost, and unrelatedly but still to maintain consistency with other ghost NPC actors, ImmuneParalysis. Module is attached in comment.
