Issue #28951: Marty Bullfinch's body may be culled too early

 
Marty Bullfinch's body is on the roof of Faneuil Hall (i.e. in the exterior worldspace). Once the player gets to Faneuil Hall for the first time on a running game, the "cleanup countdown" for his body starts running and chances are very high thet the body will have cleaned up when he gets there later on during the quest. If you have Nick with you while doing that quest, he will make a comment about the body even if it is no longer there (happened in my current playthrough).

We're going to need a save on this one. MS07b already has his corpse held in the "MartysCorpse" alias so his body should not be disappearing prematurely.

I've added Marty's corpse to a new general holding quest for various corpses that can have this happen. This particular one is using a new script set up to register to watch for a quest stage event.

When MS07b hits stage 19, Marty's corpse will be cleared from the alias and allowed to cull naturally after that.

This fix is not retroactive.
