Issue #29022: Seemingly useless Purified Water found in The Parlor

{Screenshot}

A seemingly useless, but unique variety of Purified Water (HC_SippableWater) can be found in a refrigerator in The Parlor. FormID is 0603FECA. As can be seen in the screenshot linked above the only effect it has is 0 radiation damage, which seems odd.

I'm unsure whether it was intended to be regular Purified Water (WaterPurified) instead. This is the only instance where it's used in the game. I would assume this is a mistake unless it's some sort of an Easter Egg or joke by the developers.

I don't think it's an easter egg or joke - I looked at HC_SippableWater in FO4Edit (and the source code of a few relevant scripts), and it seems to a special version that is normally temporary, used when drinking directly from a clean water source in Survival mode (as opposed to filling a bottle with water). More likely it was intended to be regular purified water.

This was pretty clearly supposed to be a bottle of Purified Water.
