Issue #29086: Redwater Lookout: NPCs with wrong names

 
Should the Redwater Lookout NPCs be startled, their dialogue "I'm getting out of here!" comes up as being said by Vampire's Thrall, not Redwater Lookout.

Only once the player has cleared out Redwater Den do the Lookout NPCs names change to Vampire's Thrall.
