Issue #29090: Double bed in Addvar's House has incorrect ownership

 
The double bed (000DAE5E) in Addvar's House in Solitude has an incorrect ownership setting. It's only owned by Addvar. This means that his wife, Greta, is unable to use it and is therefore unable to sleep at all. The setting should be SolitudeAddvarsHouseFaction instead.
