Issue #29094: DB Leveled Item Inconsistencies

 
While adding info to UESP, I discovered a few anomalies in the leveled item lists when compared to the same lists for other weapons/enchantments:

DLC2SublistEnchNordicSwordAbsorbMagicka (Levels should be 20, 22, 25, not 1)
DLC2SublistEnchNordicMaceFire (Calculate All <= PC and Calculate From Each should be checked)
DLC2SublistEnchNordicWarAxeParalyze (Calculate All <= PC and Calculate From Each should be checked)
