Issue #29101: Terminal name weirdness/mismatch

 
In Suffolk County Charter School(CELL:000276A9), there is a Terminal named "Mr. Davidson's Terminal"(TERM:00145072, Ref.ID:00145073, POS X=1340.87, POS Y=-288.96 POS Z=-256.25) but when you use it, the login name shows "Henry Smith".

The only one entry also supports this is Henry Smith's terminal but for some reasons, it named Mr.Davidson's...

Also there is other one Terminal with the same name in Vault-Tec Regional HQ so it looks like this Terminal in Suffolk County School most likely mislabel or something.

That's definitely not correct as it is. We'll go with calling it "Mr. Smith's Terminal" since that's what was most likely intended by the developers.
