Resolution: Not A Bug

Issue #29107: Dremora prices does not work as described

 
Dremora Prices (ID: DLC2DremoraPrices) 's description says "Buying and selling prices are 10% worse."

But the actual effect is selling prices are 9% worse and buying prices are 25% worse.

Although this perk is not visible in game I think it may deserve a fix.

The game never tells you what his buy/sell ratings should be, and the perk description is never shown to the player. Thus there is no reason for this to be adjusted.
