Issue #29129: Far Harbor Unaccessible Suit Case

 
Found a suit case in Far Harbor that Dogmeat claims has some goodies. You cannot interact with it to be able to open.

The collision around the car interferes with interacting with the suitcase. The only possible solution here is to move it out from inside the car.
