Issue #29132: Piezonucleic Lining does not work as described in game

 
So I was looking for power armor mods and came across the one below. It appears that the Piezonucleic Lining does not work at all, which I suspected. Per the mod author.

"In vanilla game the Magic Effect for Piezonucleic Lining contains Actor Value - PABatteryDamageRate "Power Armor Battery Damage Rate" [AVIF:0015A8B2](screen.2). This Actor Value is used in Magic Effects to control the rate at which the Fusion Core is drained. It has nothing to do with Action Points. And Piezo effect is not working for the Fusion Cores either."

The mod author also includes screen shots from the Creation kit to show that the Magic Effect for the Piezonucleic Lining does not match the description, and as well does not work for what is listed in the Creation Kit. The author created two different downloads one that fixes the effect to do what the description actually says. The other is fixing the original setting that reduces the rate at which your fusion core is drained.
