Issue #29154: Skipped dialogue lines

 
When you complete either "Cleansing the Commonwealth" or the "Quartermastery" radiant quests with Rhys or Scribe Haylen, the first line of dialogue (usually some variant of "here's your money";) is started but then immediately skipped over.

I'm pretty sure we already have a report open for this somewhere, but I can't find it right now. Either way, it's a known issue that happens with various radiant quest giving NPCs.

Interesting, I noticed a Blake Abernathy line was fixed and I thought it might have been a similar situation. I guess the radiant system works (or not) differently?
