Issue #29156: Inactive owned Nuke Mine (001bc78f)
On the road just outside the Kingsport Lighthouse there is an Inactive owned Nuke Mine (001bc78f) that should be set to unowned and live.
It's the first in a trail of unowned and active mines leading up to the Kingsport Lighthouse, so an owned and inactive mine should not be there. |

Ownership: This was almost certainly done by mistake since the nuke mine is owned by ChildrenOfAtomFaction and isn't placed anywhere near the Crater of Atom location. That being said, the nuke mine projectiles within the Crater of Atom are deliberately marked as owned so that the Children of Atom don't activate them. This one is much closer to the Kingsport Lighthouse.
Unarmed: It's not clear whether this was intentional or not. Nuke Mine is a unique item and only appears to have one (or maybe two) instance(s) where it's placed in the game. A different variant, Nuke Mine Projectile, is commonly placed in certain areas in the game world. As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to toggle whether a mine is placed armed or unarmed. It's possible that the Nuke Mine variant is supposed to be dud and that's why it's not armed.
