Issue #29189: Bone chimes don't behave properly

Bone Chimes don't hang properly after being triggered. In the screenshots you can see both of the vertical bone chime traps are not hanging properly. 20200731233648_1.jpg is a screenshot of a fresh vanilla install with USSEP being the only mod installed and 20200731234046_1.jpg is a fresh vanilla install with no mods installed. The left trap was triggered with an arrow, and the right trap was triggered by walking through it. The topmost string segment of the chime is at a sharp angle compared to the rest of it. Before being triggered this segment is in line with the rest of the bone chime.

Also the bone chimes ignore melee attacks.

See if this fixes. The meshes were missing the Ragdoll flags.
