Issue #29210: VendorItemsCollegeUrag [FLST:0010C42E]

Urag is supposed to sell scrolls, but despite them being in his inventory, he actually doesn't sell them because VendorItemsCollegeUrag [FLST:0010C42E] is lacking the VendorItemScroll keyword.

Related Issues: 23821

Urag gro-Shub has no scrolls in his vendor inventory despite clearly stating he sells them when asked about it. (Bug #23821)
Odd. It looks like we fixed (or at least attempted to fix) this issue a long time ago.

Since there aren't any specifics in the change log or the previous ticket, I'm not sure what was done to address it. The form list already has the VendorItemSpellTome and VendorItemBook keywords, but as you've mentioned doesn't have the VendorItemScroll keyword. Maybe whatever we did previously wasn't enough to solve the issue. There's also a very slight chance that the fix was mistakenly lost at some point along the way.

The previous fix in 23821 put leveled scrolls into his vendor chest, which ordinarily would be enough to deal with the problem. Nearly all vendors just use generic keyword lists.

Urag's setup also makes use of a custom vendor formlist that wasn't noticed before. That also needs to be corrected to contain the keyword in order for him to actually buy and sell scrolls.
