Comment: Fixed for USSEP 4.2.4.

Issue #29213: BYOH1 navmesh 000F2E20 missing preferred

 
This navmesh is already in USSEP, and appears to be identical to Hearthfires. Probably because of a Finalize nearby.

It is missing several preferred triangle markings, especially the door and adjacent, causing NPCs some difficulty.
