Issue #29228: Cannot complete Kill the Hagraven Petra on Xbox One Special Edition

 
In the quest to Kill the Hagraven Petra the player will be asked to kill the hagraven Petra but the quest will not complete upon the death of Petra. This bug has occured on the Xbox One Special Edition version of Skyrim. This bug happens every new game I try and will not work now.
