Issue #29233: [INFO:0002B8C8] Kent Connolly subtitle/audio mismatch

 
After giving the Silver Shroud costume to the Kent Connolly, the following dialogue has a mismatched subtitles to the voice track.
Character says: "Come on. Don't sell yourself short".
Subtitles: "Don't sell yourself short".

The best way to fix this is to splice "Come on" out of the PlayerVoiceMale01 recording. This way it matches the PlayerVoiceFemale01 recording and the subtitle.
