Issue #29239: Effect & Perk Names Swapped on Busts

 
Hello:

Discovered today that the names of the magic effect and perk associated with both Dukaan and Zahkriisos' masks have their names swapped (Zahkriisos' Ire & Dukaan's Fury). The effects seem to be correct.

IDs for masks: 04024037 040240FF
IDs for perks: 040250E9 and 040250E8
IDs for effects: 040250E2 and 040250E3
