There are multiple typos in the mod names of the Mr. Handy torso.
(Or a single typo presented in a multiple places.)

My guess is that there's one entry somewhere that isn't capitalized and is used in the display names for all of these different mods. So far, we've been unable to determine where the typo is. There's already a ticket open for this particular bug (Issue #23438).
