Issue #29268: Hugo will still despawn even player never get close to Hugo's Hole cell and triggered gunshot
As title said. I recently started new game for my 3rd run by using new race character so everything already new. I did came Dunwich Borers when I playing the a quest mod(50 ways to die at Dr. Nick's, one of its main quest from that mod will sent(teleport) player to Dunwich Borers and teleport back after complete the quest), so I may already triggered Hugo's Hole cell spawned into the game world, as I never go into the place when after that quest.
After many game days later, I arrived Dunwich Borers again for other quest and I get close the Hugo's Hole(DunwichBorersExt05), I heard the gunshot and went in, but when I found the bed inside, Hugo's body just nowhere to be found, at least his holotape still on there.
Then I try use console command "prid 13BF1F" to find him and I got " 'Hugo' (0013bf1f)[D] " , yeah, he's already deleted by the engine.
Well, Hugo isn't quest related NPC or something important but since player can heard gunshot when at Hugo's Hole cell(and may still can be heard again by cell reset, the wiki page has note about that, but personally I never noticed that sound plays again after its cell reset, not sure), this just feel weird, if his body got culled by the engine before player found him, then the gunshot just make no sense... It would make sense if his corpse despawns after player found him and listen his holotape.
I'm fine if this won't/can't be fixed, since I'm get used to such thing -- when the stupid engine lovin' culling things before I found them and ruined the feel...
I happened to be nearby and paid attention for it: the gunshot definitely goes off when you enter the cell, even if it's not the first time. I've been here before this save.
