Issue #29272: Mithorpa Nasyal level

 
While I'm thinking about levels, poor Mithorpa Nasyal almost always dies just before I've met him. While it's nice to get a house key out there in the wilderness, that's probably not the desired effect.

You've change him from vanilla level 4 to 16; enough to easily handle 2 wolves (with 2 dogs). By the time the player is level 20'ish (which is about the time that my player usually travels that road), bears and cats and even a troll are spawning nearby. So he's overwhelmed.

My suggestion would be PC x .75, range 10-30. That might even be enough for the nearby giants.

Probably better PCx1, I'm looking at him right now dying by 2 sabre cats, and it looks like he's already killed wolves, while the cows are running for the hills. I've seen a bear and a cat, and a bear and a troll. The troll was probably following me....

Maybe add CreatureFriendFaction?
