Issue #29293: Problems in scene fragment DLC1_SF_DLC1HunterBaseIntroEn_01008A8C

 
These fragments handle opening and closing of the gates in the hall of Dawnguard Castle during Isran's vampire test scene.
The individual scene fragments try to manipulate the gates by calling SetOpen() on them, but this works as intended only for door objects. The gates are activators though.

To make this work, SetOpen() needs to be called on Default2StateActivator script (which runs on all gates).
