Issue #29309: Dragon Texture Updates

 
Issue #8588 (unable to find the other bug report numbers for the added textures)

textures/actors/dragon dragon_swamp.dds is the same in vanilla and ussep

textures/actors/dragon translucent wings. dds x-boss, earth, ohdaviing, snow -- is the same in both files, except USSEP is an upscale and it looks the same. Upscaling 256 to a full 1k keeps the same pixelation for SE. Suggestion is to remove the upscaled textures for the SE version
