Issue #29338: Fortify Two-Handed alchemy effect doesn't work
AlchFortifyTwoHanded [MGEF:0003EB1A] uses the Two-Handed Power Modifier actor value, which has had its functionality switched with Two-Handed Modifier in the engine, so the effect should instead use the Two-Handed Modifier actor value to increase two-handed power.

by the way, the fact that this bug still exists speaks volumes about Skyrim's alchemy system.
Hmm, so both the "Power Modifier" and "Modifier" actor values function similarly for combat skills, but when I tested Two-Handed Power Modifier, it did not increase the damage of my Two-Handed weapons in the item tooltips, although both "Power Modifier" and "Modifier" do so for other combat skills, so I suspect that Two-Handed Power Modifier is just broken.
*After taking a look at the AlchemySkillBoosts perk, I discovered... nothing. I see no reason why it shouldn't work.

Not comfortable with the idea of swapping the drop downs around in the MGEF record. There's no telling where else this information is being actively used.
It's better for things of this nature where it's fairly obvious an engine issue has occurred to be reported to Bethesda. They seem much more responsive about such things now than when this ticket was originally filed.
