Issue #29373: SLGCStaSpiral01 (Solitude steps) have a seam in the stairs

 
Architecture\Solitude\Interiors\SLGCStaSpiral01.nif is the mesh in question.
It's a bit tricky to see, but here it is visible in the CK (it's easier to see in the CK)

Basically, the stairs (almost all the steps, if you look at them from the right angle) don't *quite* connect to the banister on the inner side of the steps, leaving a tiny gap you can see through as you climb them.
